PHSM is seeking reliable and detail-oriented contract cleaners for both residential homes and commercial sites. This role suits individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and value flexible working arrangements.

Your Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial cleaning to company standards
- General cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising
- Kitchen, bathroom, and common area cleaning
- Cleaning of offices, retail spaces, and other commercial sites as required
- Following site-specific instructions, checklists, and schedules
- Safe and correct use of cleaning products and equipment
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and attention to detail
- Professional communication with clients and management
What We’re Looking For
- Independent contractor (ABN required)
- Previous cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial preferred)
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel between jobs
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Police check may be required
