About Gateways:
At Gateways Support Services we walk alongside children, young people and adults with disability and their families to help build independence, confidence and connection. Our services span early childhood intervention, respite, skill development, independent living, specialist care, and more, always shaped around the needs of each individual.

The role:
We are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to provide timely, professional and customer-focused ICT support across Gateways. As the first point of contact for technology enquiries, you will assist staff with systems, devices, accounts and general ICT support while helping to ensure a positive user experience and smooth operation of ICT services.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people of varying technical ability
Experience providing ICT service desk, helpdesk, administration or customer support
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve first-level ICT issues
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, user accounts and device administration
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and record keeping
Ability to work within established procedures and escalation pathways
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and user support

NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
