At Gateways Support Services we walk alongside children, young people and adults with disability and their families to help build independence, confidence and connection. The role:
We are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to provide timely, professional and customer-focused ICT support across Gateways. As the first point of contact for technology enquiries, you will assist staff with systems, devices, accounts and general ICT support while helping to ensure a positive user experience and smooth operation of ICT services.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people of varying technical ability
- Experience providing ICT service desk, helpdesk, administration or customer support
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve first-level ICT issues
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, user accounts and device administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and record keeping
- Ability to work within established procedures and escalation pathways
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and user support
