Due to our recent growth, we are now seeking applications from experienced and highly organised Executive Assistants to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the corporate office while supporting operational and strategic objectives across regional branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive inboxes, triage correspondence, and draft professional responses.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
Prepare agendas, board papers, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
Process invoices, reconcile expenses, raise purchase orders, and support procurement activities.
Maintain document control, filing systems, and executive records.
Coordinate governance documentation and support reporting requirements.
Organise internal communications, meetings, and events.
Provide high-level administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong customer service focus.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Thrive in fast-paced environments.
Capable of managing competing priorities
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
