Due to our recent growth, we are now seeking applications from experienced and highly organised Executive Assistants to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the corporate office while supporting operational and strategic objectives across regional branches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive inboxes, triage correspondence, and draft professional responses.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
- Prepare agendas, board papers, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, raise purchase orders, and support procurement activities.
- Maintain document control, filing systems, and executive records.
- Coordinate governance documentation and support reporting requirements.
- Organise internal communications, meetings, and events.
- Provide high-level administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
