Let’s talk about you

In this role, you will work 8‑hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am , Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

All team members are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week (full‑time equivalent) .

An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)
A genuine curiosity about IT and technology
A background in accounts or customer service
Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry
Warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach

Gently troubleshooting non‑service‑related issues
