Experience Required: Experienced

Take charge of all aspects of accounts receivable/payable on Zero, including invoicing and debt collection.
Carry out banking and accounts reconciliations.
Prepare Group Certificates.
Reconcile staff expenses.
Maintain updates on computer software.
Enter assets into MCS and liaise with management on new hire assets
Maintains customer and corporate information by keeping financial records confidential.
Processing of hire contracts and invoices.
Inventory Management including processing stock to job costing, reconciliation of jobs and stock take.
All aspects of hire Quotations to Customers
Debt Collection
Obtain quotes for best purchasing.
Source items for specific requirements.
Order / Purchase goods / stock as required.
Maintain office stationery.
