- Take charge of all aspects of accounts receivable/payable on Zero, including invoicing and debt collection.
- Carry out banking and accounts reconciliations.
- Prepare Group Certificates.
- Reconcile staff expenses.
- Maintain updates on computer software.
- Enter assets into MCS and liaise with management on new hire assets
- Maintains customer and corporate information by keeping financial records confidential.
- Processing of hire contracts and invoices.
- Inventory Management including processing stock to job costing, reconciliation of jobs and stock take.
- All aspects of hire Quotations to Customers
- Debt Collection
- Obtain quotes for best purchasing.
- Source items for specific requirements.
- Order / Purchase goods / stock as required.
- Maintain office stationery.
