Full Job Description

DBK ENTERPRISES PTY LTD & MAGV PTY LTD t/as Transbeam Industries are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metalworker to join our team in Forrestfield and/or Bruce Rock.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday on a 5&2 roster.

Hourly rate - $38 - $48 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate the large Brake Press Machine (Bystronic Xpert Pro 320/4300)
Interpret basic drawings and markup parts accordingly
Ensure efficient workflow to meet production objectives
Identify and manage damaged or substandard products
Perform machine maintenance and keep the work area clean
Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements
Experience with plate rolling is desirable

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of Brake Press machine operating experience
Prior experience in a busy manufacturing environment
Ability to interpret basic drawings with attention to detail and quality
Strong numerical abilities and clear communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and maintain good physical fitness
Own reliable transport and a forklift ticket (mandatory)
Experience with overhead cranes is a plus
