Kitchen hand at Rustico Tapas and Wine Bar on Rockingham Beachfront

You are an all rounder that can Handle the rush, in return you will enjoy…..

We are seeking experienced and passionate COOK / KITCHENHAND for our busy restaurant. The position of COOK / KITCHENHAND is a highly demanding and extremely responsible position and as such we require a person who is dedicated, hardworking and has the ability to deliver exceptional food quality. Hours will be approximately 10 - 30 hours per week and will include key shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

To be considered you must possess the following:

Experience on the PASS would be an advantage
At least 1 years’ experience working in a similar restaurant or role
Work in all areas of the kitchen operations
Serve a consistently high quality product as instructed
Maintenance of equipment and utensils
Ensure that the kitchen is always in a hygienic state
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
