Full Job Description

Part-Time Administration Assistant

Lomman-Stone Bookkeeping is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

This isn't your typical admin role. We're looking for someone who loves learning new systems, enjoys solving problems, and has the ability to think analytically when working through client requests and software.

About the Role

You'll be supporting our bookkeeping and accounting team with a variety of administrative tasks, including:

Creating and editing documents using Adobe Acrobat and other software
Assisting with client onboarding and administration
Preparing forms, contracts and employment documentation
Troubleshooting software issues and finding efficient solutions
Supporting the team with payroll and bookkeeping administration
Managing emails and client requests
Helping improve internal systems and processes
General office administration

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent computer skills and learns new software quickly
Is confident using Adobe Acrobat (experience with PDF editing is highly regarded)
Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Has exceptional attention to detail
Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do

Experience with Xero, Deputy, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or bookkeeping software would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
