About the Role

WILLOW WEALTH PARTNERS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, maintaining, and coordinating contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements, and supporting the effective delivery of projects and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Coordinated client onboarding activities by ensuring required documentation, records, and compliance procedures were completed accurately prior to service delivery.

· Managed administrative workflows relating to client services, documentation processing, and operational tasks to support efficient business functions and timely outcomes.

· Maintained and monitored client records, internal databases, and operational documentation to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.

· Liaised with clients, external service providers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate business operations, resolve administrative matters, and support ongoing client engagement.

· Oversaw workflow distribution and monitored task progress for outsourced and support staff to maintain productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.

· Prepared, reviewed, and coordinated business correspondence, reports, and client-related documentation to support management decision-making and service delivery requirements.

· Assisted in staff onboarding, training coordination, and process improvement initiatives to support team performance, consistency, and effective workplace operations.

Requirements
