Tree of Goals Pty Ltd NDIS provider is hiring a Full time Rostering Officer role in Macquarie Fields, NSW. Apply now to be part of our team.

Rostering Officer / Administration Coordinator – Tree of Goals NDIS Service provider

Location / Macquarie Fields, NSW

Join the team at Tree of Goals NDIS service provider and make a meaningful difference in the lives of participants every day.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Rostering Officer / Administration Coordinator with strong customer service and administration skills to start immediately to support our participants and care staff across daily operations in the Macquarie Fields area. This is an onsite position, working from home is not available under any circumstances due to the operational requirements of the role.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters, supporting participants, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within our NDIS service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain staff rosters, ensuring shifts are allocated efficiently and effectively.
Communicate with support workers and participants to arrange services, appointments, and schedules.
Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants while ensuring their individual support requirements are addressed.
Provide administrative assistance and support with day-to-day office tasks as needed.
Manage internal and external correspondence promptly, professionally, and appropriately.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in disability services, NDIS, community care, or aged care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Professional phone manner and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
A genuine passion for supporting people in the community
Willingness and flexibility to travel when required, including responding to urgent participant situations and providing support across different locations as needed. ( only urgent situation )

Essential Requirements

Current WWCC (Working With Children Check)
NDIS Worker Check
Valid NSW Driver License - Required
Previous rostering or administration experience in community or aged care services is highly regarded
