About the role:

CSR are looking for a Customer Service Officer who's passionate about helping people and creating positive experiences to join our team based in Wetherill Park.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be a key representative of our business and play an important part in ensuring every customer feels supported and valued. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.

Working hours: This role is on a weekly rotating shift, Monday to Friday with availability requirements from 6:30am - 4:00pm.

What you will be doing:

Deliver friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
Use your product knowledge to provide helpful sales support
Keep customers informed with clear and proactive updates
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements for order configuration and transport
Contribute to team tasks and additional duties as needed

What you will bring:

3 - 5 years customer service or call centre experience
A natural communicator with a professional, customer-first mindset
Confidence handling complex queries and multiple systems
A high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Able to work on weekly rotating shifts
Team player mentality with a drive to succeed together
