The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective exhibitors and sponsors, creating new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline for our events team.
You'll join a high-performance commercial environment with structured training, ongoing development, and clear progression opportunities into senior sales and leadership positions, including Event Director.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and identifying potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
- Generating qualified opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Building relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the sales team
- Developing and managing a healthy pipeline of prospective clients
- Understanding business objectives and identifying suitable event opportunities
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and event teams to support event growth
- Attending live events and assisting with exhibitor engagement

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential. Full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate.
