Requirements for this role:

Administration Clerk-Bookkeeper needed for our small organisation.

Two days a week and working hours are negotiable. Salary is based upon your previous work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

General Administration Clerk duties (e.g. answering calls, filing documents, responding to general enquires and emails.)
Accounts Payable including reconciliation of invoices and statements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly reports
Ad Hoc duties

Skills & Experience

Fluent English & Cantonese communications skills (Verbal & Written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and the use of smartphones/tablets
Must be an Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident/ have a valid working visa for Australia
Must have ABN (or willing to obtain one)
