The Position: We’re looking for an IT Support Trainee to train up into an Awesome IT Professional.

Be handy with a screwdriver and tools

Current Drivers License & Vehicle

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

Assisting our team in providing the best support and service to our customers.

Taking on more responsibilities over time as you learn and develop your IT skills to become a core member of our support team.

For performing IT work on PCs, Laptops,
Logging customer requests & support issues in our service system
Installing equipment at customer sites

The Traineeship: Information Technology - Support Certificate IV - 24 months

The Location: FLIPSIDE IT is based in East Gosford NSW. This is a great place to live and work because of the beaches, cafes, low traffic and easy parking. Most of our customers are less than a 30-minute drive from the office.

Who Should Apply?

This role is suitable for a switched-on high school graduate or someone who is looking to kick start a career in IT.

You must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency and also live in reasonable proximity to our office
