About the Role
You will assist in the successful delivery of IT projects in your allocated remit, ensuring that specific workstreams contribute effectively to broader business initiatives. This role is focused on supporting the planning, execution, documentation and delivery of projects within the IT team, contributing to key business objectives.

- Support the definition and management of project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Assist in delivering IT projects that contribute to organisational goals and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify, monitor, and help mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project budgets and costs, supporting effective financial management and adherence to approved funding.
- Participate in governance activities and ensure projects follow established project management standards and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout projects.
- Work with business sponsors to define success measures, performance indicators, and expected project outcomes.
- Prepare and provide regular project updates, maintaining transparency around progress, milestones, risks, and changes.
- Support the development and management of project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Facilitate project reviews, manage scope changes, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and are successfully embedded into the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary level degree in information technology (or similar) and/or relevant industry experience
- 1-2 years of experience supporting the delivery of IT projects, with a focus on business solutions
- Knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
- Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management Tools. (Visio, MS Project, Project Server etc)
- Understanding of project management certification frameworks (PMI or PRINCE2, or similar methodologies)
- 1+ years’ experience working in an FMCG company
