Full Job Description

Retail Nursery Team Member Wanted

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our busy garden centre team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on retail position where you'll be assisting customers, maintaining plant displays, processing sales, receiving stock, and helping keep our nursery looking its best.

What We're Looking For

Previous retail experience is essential
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Availability to work 4–5 days per week, including regular weekend shifts
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good physical fitness for lifting, moving, and caring for plants and stock
Plant and gardening knowledge is highly desirable
