Retail Nursery Team Member Wanted
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our busy garden centre team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on retail position where you'll be assisting customers, maintaining plant displays, processing sales, receiving stock, and helping keep our nursery looking its best.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail experience is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work 4–5 days per week, including regular weekend shifts
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness for lifting, moving, and caring for plants and stock
- Plant and gardening knowledge is highly desirable
