Full Job Description

Emergency Logistic Solutions (ELS) has been putting medical teams on the ground since 2004. From major events and festivals, trackside at motorsport, and on mining, construction and remote sites. We were founded by former state ambulance professionals, we're based in South East Queensland, and we've built our name in some of the most demanding industries there are. Demand keeps growing, and we need more registered paramedics to grow with us.

The work

Casual shifts, built around your availability and genuinely varied (with full time & part time roles offered to our casual pool). One weekend you might be trackside as cars hit the circuit, the next running a medical post at a festival, the week after out on a mine or construction site as the medic the whole operation relies on.

Wherever you are, you're set up to do the job properly: formal Clinical Practice Guidelines overseen by our Chief Medical Officer, medicines authorities in QLD and NSW, and proper equipment. You get to practise, not just stand by.

You'll start casual. As we grow, ongoing roles, senior event positions and site contracts open up and we offer those to our existing team first wherever we can.

What you'll need

Current AHPRA general registration as a paramedic, this role isn't open to students or provisional registrants
Right to work in Australia and a current driver licence
Some weekend availability
Comfortable working autonomously within clear clinical guidelines, and professional with clients on site , you're the face of ELS out there!

Experience in events, motorsport, mining or industrial work is a bonus but not required, same goes for site inductions like Standard 11. We'd rather teach a great clinician the motorsport side than the other way around.
