What you’ll be doing:

This role will support and coordinate accommodation, training and event bookings while delivering exceptional customer service at the RFS State Training Academy.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience using booking management systems, with accurate data entry and strong record management practices.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy across multiple bookings and administrative tasks.
Excellent organisational and customer service skills, with the ability to respond professionally to enquiries and deliver a positive customer experience.
