Full Job Description

Role Summary

Team Members at Gloria Jean’s are responsible for delivering fast, friendly service, preparing products to standard, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.

Key Duties

Serve customers promptly and professionally
Take orders, handle cash/EFTPOS accurately
Prepare coffees, chillers, drinks, and other items to Gloria Jean’s standards
Follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
Operate and clean equipment, including coffee machines
Restock supplies and complete daily checklists
Maintain cleanliness across all work and customer areas
Work cooperatively with the team and follow management direction

Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic numeracy and cash‑handling ability
Availability for weekends and peak periods
Commitment to food safety and brand standards
Hospitality or Barista experience preferred but not required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $26.55 – $33.19 per hour
