About the Role
As a Gloria Jean’s Barista in Dubbo, you’ll be the face of our café — serving premium coffee, delivering warm customer service, and upholding the brand standards that started all the way back in Chicago and now live proudly in regional NSW. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves people, and takes pride in crafting consistently great coffee.
Key Responsibilities
- Coffee Preparation — Make high‑quality espresso beverages, chillers, frappes, and seasonal specials to Gloria Jean’s standards.
- Customer Service — Greet customers with genuine warmth, take orders accurately, and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Store Presentation — Keep the café clean, stocked, and visually appealing throughout the day.
- Food Handling — Prepare and serve food items safely and hygienically.
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
- Brand Standards — Uphold Gloria Jean’s quality, consistency, and customer experience expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Barista Experience preferred but not essential — we can train the right person.
- Positive Attitude and strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills — ability to engage with customers and work well with the team.
- Reliability — consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure — especially during morning rushes and weekend peaks.
- Availability — flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
