Donald Children's Centre is set in the local community hub and uses this community connection to support and empower children to interact with the world around them in the various ways they need to grow into confident and engaging learners. We are seeking a Centre Director who values these connections to join us in creating a safe and fun-filled environment where all children can grow and learn.

Each of our services across Victoria reflects the unique community it belongs to — fostering a strong sense of belonging, connection, and identity. As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day. We’re now looking for a Full Time Centre Director to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children. **Role Details: ** Centre Director 38 hours per week Leadership experience in an early childhood and care setting, including experience engaging in the Assessment and Rating process across both Kinder and Long Day Care contexts, is preferred.
