THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as the Marketing Executive – Digital & Creative – a hands-on, creative role for someone ready to channel that same passion and innovation into delivering our marketing strategy across digital channels, content creation, and brand assets. This is your chance to fully lean into your creative side, uncovering fresh and imaginative ways to showcase everything that makes Driscoll’s special in the digital space.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and delivering marketing assets across digital, social, retail, and packaging touchpoints, ensuring every consumer interaction reflects the unmistakable Driscoll’s brand. You’ll be embedded in the creative process – elevating our digital presence, producing engaging content, supporting campaigns and retail initiatives, keeping a pulse on social trends, and contributing to packaging developments from both a visual and compliance perspective.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the execution of digital campaigns across a range of online platforms.
Maintaining and updating the Driscoll’s Australia local website.
Designing and delivering creative marketing assets that bring the Driscoll’s brand promise to life.
Coordinating with agencies and vendors to manage the end-to-end delivery of retail and point-of-sale materials.
Planning, creating, and publishing in-house social media content across Driscoll’s digital channels.
Monitoring social media trends, competitor activity, and consumer engagement to optimise content performance.
Developing, maintaining, and updating product label artwork and copy in line with brand guidelines and packaging requirements.
Updating tray artwork to support changes to SKUs, pack formats, and product variations.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

Qualifications in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related discipline is preferred.
Hands-on experience managing social media channels in a professional or commercial environment.
Strong familiarity with digital and social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
Proficiency using creative software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator)
Experience filming and editing video content for digital platforms.
A creative, proactive mindset with the confidence to generate ideas and bring them to life.
Valid unrestricted Australian working rights.
