Our trusted reputation is built on a history of an experienced team and person-centred care. We care for our residents and clients across 34 facilities throughout metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia and look after each individual in the way they want to be cared for.

We are currently seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses for our Bethanie Peel site, to provide clinical support to the team located in the South West, Mandurah.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care and case management. Supervision, direction and leadership of nursing and care / support staff will also be part of your role.

This role is offered on a Part-time basis.

About You

Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential
Ability to work independently and professionally
Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

The Role

Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis
Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents
Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace
Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team
