We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team on a casual basis at Brightwater The Cove , located in the heart of Dudley Park.

Brightwater The Cove is a modern residential aged care home offering 131 private rooms across seven individual houses. Each house includes its own living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a warm and welcoming home-like environment for our residents.
Residents also enjoy beautifully landscaped courtyard gardens and outdoor gazebo areas designed to encourage wellbeing, comfort, and connection.
As a Registered Nurse at Brightwater, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in line with individualised Care Plans, ensuring residents are supported to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.
This casual opportunity offers flexibility and a variety of shifts to suit your availability and lifestyle.
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses available to work across:
- AM shifts: 7:00am – 3:15pm
- PM shifts: 3:00pm – 11:15pm
- Night Duty shifts: 11:15pm – 7:15am
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts and pick up additional hours is highly desirable.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
- Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence to lead shifts and support care staff
- Strong organisational and time management skills
You will also require:
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
- A current First Aid Certificate and valid CPR
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
