PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Provide high quality administrative, research, reporting and advisory services to assist in the effective delivery of Power and Water’s
Employee Relations function. This position contributes to a values-aligned, psychologically safe, and legally compliant culture at Power and
Water.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The “WHAT” to be delivered

Interpret relevant legislation and industrial instruments (e.g.: enterprise agreement), undertake research and provide advice on a wide

range of industrial relations and human resource matters.

Actively participate in the enterprise agreement bargaining process, including supporting negotiations, drafting communications,

implementation, administrative support and market research and analysis.

Analyse and implement changes arising from employment legislation, enterprise agreements or government policies, including assessing

organisational impacts, engaging stakeholders and supporting the rollout of changes across the business.

Maintain registers and monitor workforce-related arrangements to support organisational governance, reporting and compliance

requirements.

Assist in ER case management including disciplinary processes, performance management, and grievance handling.
Complete simple ER related investigations under supervision of the Manager, Employee Relations.
