About the role:

ArcByte Pty Ltd is a leading software and web design company offering end-to-end digital marketing solutions, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and custom website development. We partner with businesses to build powerful digital experiences that drive growth.

We are seeking a visionary Client Strategy & Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing strategies for both our internal brand and our diverse clientele. This role involves crafting result-oriented digital campaigns - spanning social media, email, SEO, and website design that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, adept at leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes through innovative digital solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and present customized digital marketing strategies that align with client branding objectives, driving measurable improvements in sales and revenue.
Support client business growth by delivering regular performance insights, data-driven recommendations, and strategic course corrections based on target metrics.
Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, customer behaviour patterns, and competitor activities, translating findings into actionable marketing plans.
Design and execute localized and niche marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, content), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
Lead post-campaign performance reviews to analyse results, capture learnings, and implement process enhancements for future initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and deepening existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling digital services.
Provide expert advisory on digital marketing levers, including social media strategy, email automation, SEO, and analytics to help clients achieve competitive advantage.
Monitor campaign KPIs rigorously and prepare comprehensive performance dashboards with actionable insights to guide future marketing decisions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, development, sales) and external stakeholders to develop cohesive strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of content writers, SEO specialists, graphic designers, and web designers, while actively participating in recruitment and talent development.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Relevant formal qualifications preferred not mandatory.

2. Min. of 5 years of relevant experience required. Candidates with exposure to multiple domains is desired.

3. Must have exposure to digital marketing as well as conventional marketing.

4. Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in recruiting and building teams.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into compelling business narratives.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
