Full Job Description

Position Summary
The ICT Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business requirements, operational processes and information systems to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective ICT-based solutions. The position acts as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications and supporting the design, testing, implementation and optimisation of information systems.

Key Responsibilities

Review existing processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories and system documentation.
Work closely with developers and technical teams to communicate requirements and support solution design.
Analyse and recommend suitable software, systems and technology solutions based on business needs.
Support the implementation, configuration and enhancement of business applications and ICT systems.
Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, validate system functionality and track issues through to resolution.
Assist with system integrations, data flows, automation and improvements to existing workflows.
Monitor project requirements, deliverables, timelines and implementation activities in coordination with relevant teams.
Develop user guides, SOPs and training materials and assist users with adoption of new systems.
Conduct user training, demonstrations and system walkthroughs where required.
Gather post-implementation feedback and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
Analyse system performance, operational data and user feedback to identify further improvement opportunities.
Act as the communication link between business users, management, developers, vendors and other ICT professionals.
Maintain accurate records of requirements, changes, testing outcomes, system documentation and implementation activities.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend practical ICT solutions that can improve business efficiency and scalability.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
