Part-Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Company: SKZ Energy & Industrial (VIC) Pty Ltd
Location: Dandenong South, VIC
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Hourly rate based on experience and the applicable award
Schedule: Flexible weekday hours to be agreed

About the Company

SKZ is establishing a new Victorian operation specialising in the storage and distribution of lubricant oils and industrial products, as well as modular-building solutions.

We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to support the setup and ongoing operation of our new office.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the initial setup and organisation of the office
Answer telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
Provide reception and general administrative support
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with data entry, documents, invoices and business records
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transport providers and management
Assist with stock, delivery and distribution records
Learn about the company’s lubricant and modular-building product ranges
Support management with general day-to-day office tasks

About You

Organised, reliable and willing to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills
Professional and friendly manner
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and data entry
Good attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Previous reception or administration experience is preferred but not essential
