YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical Demand Planner to join our growing Inventory Forecasting team. Reporting to the National Purchasing Manager, you will own the demand forecast across multiple Distribution Centres in ANZ, helping to drive inventory performance, product availability, and fulfilment decisions across the business.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category/Procurement, and Supply Planning teams to ensure forecasts are accurate, risks are identified early, and the business is aligned to one clear demand plan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine contribution to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple distribution centres in AUS/NZ

Monitor forecast accuracy, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

Maintain high levels of communication with key stakeholders, partnering cross-functionally to align demand, supply, and planning

Manage product levels to budgeted value, stock days, and inventory turns

Monitor inventory health and identify risks related to excess stock or obsolescence

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and a background in demand planning, managing a high volume and variety of products across multiple sites.

The essentials we are looking for:

Excellent attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Advanced Excel skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Proactive approach to challenges, with the initiative to implement solutions and improvements

Ability to prioritise, organise work, and meet deadlines

Experience with ERP inventory and demand management systems

Tertiary qualification/degree in a relevant discipline
