Dental Receptionist | My Implant Dentist

Location: Kallangur, QLD

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dental industry with one of Perth's leading cosmetic and implant dentistry practices?

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Kallangur Dental Surgery. This is a Casual opportunity offering consistent weekday & Saturday shifts, long-term growth, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:

Receptionist:

Managing front desk operations
Booking and coordinating appointments
Handling phone and email enquiries
Supporting patient care and education
Collaborating with the clinical and management team
Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks

You'll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Well-presented and confident with a positive attitude
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Proactive and eager to learn
A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry
Eligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rights

Experience in dental reception is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
