About the Role
As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist in our thriving DentArana practice, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
You will confidently support the practice across a variety of functions, including:
- Dental Assisting
- Reception and patient administration
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Appointment scheduling and patient communication
- Providing exceptional support to clinicians and patients
We're looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and happy to assist wherever needed. Your positive attitude, organisational skills, and commitment to outstanding patient care will contribute to the continued success of our practice.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Minimum 2 years' dental industry experience
- Experience across Dental Assisting, Reception, and Sterilisation
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using D4W (desirable)
You are:
- A true all-rounder who enjoys variety and can confidently work across multiple areas of the practice
- Highly professional, with excellent personal presentation
- An exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to prioritise competing demands in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences
- A team player with a positive and flexible approach
