About the role
Tweed Valley Hospital Renal Dialysis Unit is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to join our specialist renal team.
The Renal Dialysis Unit provides high-quality haemodialysis services to patients across the Northern NSW region. As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will coordinate, deliver and evaluate clinical nursing education programs within the service and provide clinical supervision to support the delivery of evidence-based, person-centred care in accordance with NSW Health standards, policies and relevant statutory requirements.
This is a specialist role suited to an experienced renal nurse who is passionate about education and workforce development.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recent renal dialysis nursing experience.
- Recent demonstrated experience in clinical teaching and/or as a Clinical Nurse Educator.
- A postgraduate qualification in renal nursing, education, or another relevant specialty, or a willingness to undertake and complete an appropriate postgraduate qualification within 12 months of appointment.
