Front Desk Coordinator - Club Pilates Lane Cove

Casual | ∼23 hours/week | Lane Cove, NSW

Be the heart of Club Pilates Lane Cove

We’re looking for a professional, reliable, people-loving Front Desk Coordinator to run our front desk and help grow our studio.

Casual role with consistent weekly shifts. 18+ month commitment is required.

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 4 hours/day (flexible on times)

Saturday: 3 hours morning

Approx 23 hours/week - shifts scheduled within studio hours (no remote work available).

What you’ll do:

- Be the face of the studio - greet members, answer phones + emails with energy

-Make outbound calls to enquiries - during your shift to book intro classes

- Convert intros into members - give tours, follow up, close sales

- Take full responsibility for hiring instructors- recruit, onboard, and roster the team

- Take full responsibility for the studio timetable - build it, publish it, manage all changes

- Keep the studio spotless and welcoming

- Help with local marketing - socials, events, referrals

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- ‎Are extremely professional - you represent the studio with care and integrity in every interaction

- Are extremely reliable - we need you here, on time, every shift

- Love talking to people - on the phone and in person

- Are organised - you can manage calls, timetables, rosters, and members at once

- Are a fast learner - you’ll need to pick up our booking and scheduling software quickly

- Want to commit long-term- Please don't apply if you can't commit to18+ months as a minimum

- Are proactive and solutions-focused - you look for ways to improve the studio every shift and take pride in that

- Are confident with sales and hiring - love turning conversations into memberships and building a team

- Have a passion for health/fitness - you don’t need to be an instructor
