Full Job Description

Cire Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Administration Officer to join our new community school at our Clyde North campus in a full-time capacity *

As the Campus Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the campus and providing exceptional administrative support to students, families, staff, and visitors. Acting as a central point of contact, you will manage a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including student records, enrolments, attendance administration, communications, reception duties, and general office coordination.

Working closely with school leadership and the wider school team, you will help establish and maintain efficient systems and processes that support a positive and professional learning environment. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring the campus operates effectively and that students and families have a welcoming and seamless experience.

This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
