About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Product Deployment Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and adoption of our products and services across diverse client environments.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction while driving continuous product improvement. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients, particularly within the Australian mining sector, providing hands-on support, training, and insights. This is a dynamic role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and problem-solving in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored deployment plans that meet client needs, drawing on your mining industry expertise.
Engage with clients to understand requirements, deliver product demonstrations, gather feedback, and communicate insights back to internal teams.
Conduct training sessions to ensure clients understand and effectively use the products.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during deployment, offering tailored solutions to mining sector challenges.
Document processes, best practices, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, marketing, customer support) to integrate customer insights into product enhancements and the roadmap.
Identify opportunities for product improvement based on client feedback and industry trends.
Ensure all deployments meet quality standards and comply with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
Build strong relationships with client engineering and management teams, fostering trust and gathering deeper insights into customer needs.

What we’re looking for:

Industry experience: Previous exposure to mining, industrial, or heavy engineering sectors is highly advantageous.
Technical expertise: Strong understanding of deployment, installation, or technical support processes, ideally with hardware/electronics or lighting solutions.
Customer focus: Proven ability to engage with clients at all levels, from frontline operators to senior management.
Communication skills: Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and capable of shaping the role as it evolves.
Problem-solving mindset: Able to diagnose challenges quickly and develop practical, customer-focused solutions.
Team collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate across teams, including engineers and sales, to integrate technical and customer insights.
Work ethic: Self-driven, reliable, and committed to delivering results with integrity.
