Window & Door Estimator – Aluminium Systems

Full-time | Melbourne VIC
Join a growing, high‑performing team delivering premium aluminium window and door solutions

As our Window & Door Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate, timely quotations across a range of projects—from custom residential builds to commercial fit‑outs. You’ll work closely with clients, builders, architects, and our internal production team to ensure every quote reflects our commitment to quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret architectural drawings, window schedules, and specifications
Prepare detailed quotations for aluminium windows, doors, and commercial framing systems
Liaise with builders, architects, and clients to clarify project requirements
Apply knowledge of Alspec and other commercial framing systems
Ensure all quotes meet Australian Standards and project compliance requirements
Work collaboratively with production and project management teams
Maintain accurate pricing, materials, and job costing records

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are detail‑driven, technically confident, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.

We’re looking for:

Experience in aluminium window and door estimating (essential)
Strong understanding of Alspec commercial framing systems
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and elevations
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines
Proficiency with V6 or similar estimating software
