Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Hamlyn Heights
A lovely service with a set up pack down space, we are looking for a passionate and professional OSHC leader to maintain the high standards of the service and provide a great experience to children and families alike.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 6:30 - 8:45am
After School Care: 1:55 - 6:00pm
Admin hours: 3
Total hours: 34.67

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Innovation: Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
