We are looking for Australian Citizens / PR's only

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reach out to pharmacy leads through cold calling or walkin's.
Hospital and medical Centre visits by booking prior appointments.
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium
Liaise with Pharmacy and Medical staffs to display and promote our products
Assess client needs and present suitable promoted products
Present product information and deliver product samples
Communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products merchandising techniques.
Keep detailed records of all contacts
Work with managers to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
warehousing & order management

Requirements:

We would love to hear from you if you have

1-3 years experience in a similar role supporting sales, training, and client service.
Strong communication skills along with the ability to influence, motivate and provide feedback
A knack for technology and systems
Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment and stay aware of changing priorities as they arise
Strong organizational and planning skills
Available to work Monday-Friday and the occasional weekend
Adherence to the NeilMed dress code and policies in the NeilMed Employee Handbook
Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
