Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reach out to pharmacy leads through cold calling or walkin's.
- Hospital and medical Centre visits by booking prior appointments.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium
- Liaise with Pharmacy and Medical staffs to display and promote our products
- Assess client needs and present suitable promoted products
- Present product information and deliver product samples
- Communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products merchandising techniques.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts
- Work with managers to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- warehousing & order management
Requirements:
We would love to hear from you if you have
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role supporting sales, training, and client service.
- Strong communication skills along with the ability to influence, motivate and provide feedback
- A knack for technology and systems
- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment and stay aware of changing priorities as they arise
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Available to work Monday-Friday and the occasional weekend
- Adherence to the NeilMed dress code and policies in the NeilMed Employee Handbook
- Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
