Introduction:
Join Monbeef as a Quality Assurance Officer and play a key role in protecting food safety, quality, and compliance across our beef processing operations. You’ll work hands-on across production areas, supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, influencing quality culture, and working to high export and regulatory standards. Conduct quality and hygiene inspections across processing and dispatch areas
Monitor GMP, GHP, food safety and quality standards on the floor
Maintain accurate QA records for audits and regulatory compliance
Identify non‑conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions
Support audits, product verification and microbiological testing
Provide QA guidance and training to production teams
Contribute to continuous improvement and strong food safety culture

Skills and Experiences:
What you'll bring:

Experience in meat processing or a food manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP and food safety principles
Understanding of AUSMEAT, DAFF export and GFSI requirements
Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping skills
Confident written and verbal communication abilities
Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to QA issues
Ability to build positive working relationships across teams
