Position: Medical Receptionist
Location: Coffs Harbour
The Role: This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Office Manager . You will be based at both our Coffs Harbour and Specialist Medical Centre clinics Monday to Friday with shifts rostered between 7am – 9pm.
- Greet patients warmly and assist with arrival procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with clerical and technical staff, as well as primary healthcare providers.
- Build and grow a comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic radiology.
Our Coffs Harbour clinics thrive on a great culture with a small, supportive clerical team. We strive to provide the best services to the community, including our MRI department’s recently extended hours to 9pm.
Requirements:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work the early and late shifts.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
