EFT/Hours: 4.0 EFT (Multiple Positions Available)
Status: Permanent Part Time / Full Time
Hourly Rate: $36.5026 - $40.5789 per hour plus 12% superannuation and casual loading if applicable
About the Role
NCN Health is seeking motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses – Level 2 to join our Aged Care teams across Cobram, Numurkah and Nathalia campuses. Working under the direction and supervision of the Team Leader/Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care that promotes the independence, dignity and wellbeing of residents. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional standards, organisational policies and evidence-based practice while contributing to a safe, supportive and collaborative team environment.
About You

Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)

Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)

Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Previous experience of working in Residential Aged Care and demonstrated knowledge of a residential aged care process

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
