Are you a hands-on operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you know how to turn chaos into structure, build high-performing teams, and drive serious efficiency?
We are a fast-growing company looking for an ambitious Operations Lead to take charge of our warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to maintain the status quo. We need a builder—someone who can implement robust systems, optimise processes, and lead a team of 10+ staff to new heights.
If you have a strong work ethic, adapt quickly to new challenges, and have a proven track record in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a true culture fit who is motivated to grow with us.
What You'll Do
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational future. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 10+ warehouse and manufacturing staff. Build structured onboarding and training systems to ensure continuous improvement and accountability while maintaining a positive, high-performance culture.
- Process Optimisation & SOPs: Develop, implement, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments. Identify workflow bottlenecks and introduce scalable best practices to maximise productivity.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse, fulfilment, and dispatch operations. Ensure strict inventory accuracy, optimise warehouse organisation, and maintain seamless dispatch flow.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the critical link between the warehouse, production, and customer support teams to ensure operational alignment and swift resolution of any issues.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and implement long-term solutions for sustained growth.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a highly capable leader with a strong operational background. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven Experience: Extensive background in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, or eCommerce fulfilment leadership.
- Systems & Process Expertise: A strong track record of creating and managing SOPs, and implementing workflow optimisations that directly improve productivity.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing and scaling teams in fast-paced environments, with a focus on staff training, accountability, and strong work ethics.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to identify operational issues and execute effective solutions.
- Adaptability & Drive: A highly motivated mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies, systems, and fast-moving business demands.
Highly Regarded Qualifications
While not strictly required, the following will make your application stand out:
- Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.
- Proficiency with advanced inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Background in Lean operations or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
- A valid Forklift licence.
What We Offer
- Impact & Autonomy: The real ability to influence our systems, structure, and overall business direction.
- Growth Opportunities: Long-term career progression in a rapidly expanding company.
- Dynamic Culture: A supportive, ambitious, and fast-moving team environment that values hard work and innovation.
- Competitive Remuneration: We reward experience and results accordingly.
