Realcorp Commercial Cleaning is a specialist commercial cleaning provider operating across Melbourne and Regional Victoria. We service residential apartment building common areas (owners corporations), student accommodation, and commercial office environments.

Our growth is underpinned by exceptional people, professional standards, a client and outcomes-focused culture, and smart operational systems.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our operations team and support the continued growth of the business.

About the Role

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of cleaning teams across a portfolio of sites.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role ensures cleaning services are delivered consistently to Realcorp’s quality standards, staff are supported and developed, and client relationships are proactively managed.

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The majority of sites operate during business hours; however, some evening availability is required for inspections and operational support.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Quality

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality standards are maintained
Identify and resolve cleaning issues or service gaps promptly
Support safety compliance across all sites within the portfolio
Assist with specialised cleaning tasks where required
Ensure cleaners are following site scopes, schedules, and procedures

Team Leadership & Development

Train, coach, and support cleaning staff
Lead teams to deliver consistent service outcomes
Foster a positive and professional team culture
Support staff development and performance improvement

Client & Stakeholder Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients and site stakeholders
Respond professionally to client queries and concerns
Represent the Realcorp brand professionally at all times

Administration & Reporting

Respond to staff and client queries between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Conduct at least one evening inspection per week
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
Communicate issues and updates to the Operations Manager

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage a high volume of operational tasks
High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Professional presentation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
Reliable and proactive approach to operations

Spanish language skills are highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

Current full driver’s licence
Full-time availability
Full working rights in Australia
Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning or facilities services
Ability to travel between sites across Melbourne when required
