We are looking for a practical, organised and customer-focused
Contents & Restoration Supervisor to help lead our contents restoration work across insurance claims.
This role is based primarily from our Derrimut facility and involves work across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria
About the Role
When homes or businesses are affected by fire, smoke, water, mould or contamination, their contents need to be assessed, packed, cleaned, stored, tracked and returned.
As our hands on Contents & Restoration Supervisor, you will help manage and complete that full process. Working across both customer sites and Steamatic facilities. This includes attending homes and businesses for assessments and pack-outs, as well as working within our contents processing and storage areas.
- attending properties to assess affected contents
- assisting with load assessments, scope information and basic estimating details
- creating digital inventories with photos, notes and item tracking
- supervising and assisting with pack-outs
- packing, wrapping, loading, transporting and storing contents
- coordinating contents movement through Steamatic facilities
- cleaning and processing contents affected by fire, smoke, water, mould and odour
- helping with upholstery, rug, soft furnishing and detailed contents cleaning
- supporting electronics contents restoration where required
- communicating with customers, insurers, builders and internal teams
- coordinating pack-back and return of contents to homes and businesses
- helping implement and improve contents systems, processes and workflows
- assisting with broader restoration, warehouse and asset duties as required
About You

This role is a mix of physical hands-on work, on-site attendance, facility-based contents processing, customer communication, small team coordination and digital documentation.
You need to be comfortable getting involved in the work directly, not just directing others.
