The Opportunity

We're seeking an Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team and drive the preparation of high-quality tenders across our water infrastructure projects. You'll be a people-focused leader with strong estimating experience, a commercial mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across the business. Partnering with operational and business development teams, you will play a key role in driving strong tender outcomes and support successful project delivery.

You will bring:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field
Demonstrated leadership experience within the construction, civil or infrastructure sectors, with the ability to develop high-performing estimating teams and foster a collaborative team culture
Extensive senior estimating experience, including the preparation of complex cost estimates and pricing submissions
Demonstrated experience using benchmarking, cost analytics and market intelligence to inform pricing decisions
Advanced proficiency in Excel and estimating systems, with a track record of improving estimating processes, tools and methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across operational, business development and delivery teams.
